A member of the Cirrus team since 2002, Scott has negotiated hundreds of leases on behalf of dentists and physicians. Scott’s substantial experience negotiating leases on behalf of these professionals has made him a leader in his field. An expert negotiator, Scott uses his skills, honed over many years, to achieve the best possible results for his clients.Scott holds a MBA from the Odette School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University. He resides in Toronto with his wife and two children.

Heather Goodall
MBA, Director of Leasing

Heather joined Cirrus in 2004. In addition to her MBA, she has her real estate license and a negotiation certificate from the University of Windsor Law School. Prior to joining Cirrus, Heather managed shopping centre leasing for one of the largest shopping center developers in the country. She has also worked extensively in retail consulting, facilitating the redesign of business processes in numerous national retail chains. Heather has successfully negotiated over 400 dental leases ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients, while maintaining or improving the ongoing relationship between Landlord and Tenant. She has facilitated Cirrus seminars and conducts training for Cirrus medical and dental lease negotiators.

Jonathan Tekela
Team Leader, Medical Clinic Development

As the team leader of the Medical Clinic Development group, Jonathan manages the relocation process of medical practitioners to brand new state-of-the-art clinic facilities. Jon joined Cirrus Consulting Group in 2009 with over 6 years of commercial real estate experience. Since then, Jonathan has successfully managed the relocation of over 50 medical clinics throughout Canada.

As Health Care Consultant, Andrew brings over seven years of health care experience to Cirrus Consulting Group. Before joining Cirrus Consulting Group in 2010, he worked at Medicine Shoppe Canada as Director of Franchise Development. Andrew works closely with physicians across Ontario helping them transition into Family Health Organizations (FHOs) and reach practice optimization.

Derek Housh
Dental Leasing

Derek Housh is a senior leasing consultant with the Cirrus Consulting Group. Derek leads educational seminars and is responsible for strategic relationship development across the United States, for Cirrus’s Healthcare Lease Negotiations operations. Prior to joining Cirrus, Derek facilitated Commercial Real Estate Loan Pooling for Community Banks, Large Financial Institutions, and REITs across the Eastern United States, for Mercantile Commercial Capital.Derek has been involved in the construction, planning, and financing of more than 2000 dental and medical practices since 2001. A graduate of the Ohio State University, Derek now resides with his wife and 3 children in Orlando, Florida.
