• Assessing both the individual physicians and the groups practice to determine that the FHO model will be of benefit and to identify any practice issues that need to be addressed.
  
• Assist in determining the best configuration for the FHO group to address contract obligations such as group After Hours and on call requirements.
  
• Facilitate the group’s discussions regarding group governance agreement which addresses those components such as insurance, covering for group physicians on vacation, group management fees and payments.
