The Navigate Business Services Sales Activation Program is designed to equip Patterson Dental Territory Reps (TRs) and General Managers (GMs) with the knowledge and skills to engage in meaningful conversations with dentists, strengthening relationships and driving sales growth. The program includes interactive training, strategic conversations, and direct engagement with Navigate Business Services partners through speed-dating sessions.

 

Objectives

  • Enhance Sales Conversations: Equip TRs & GMs with strategies to build rapport with dentists, focusing on practice growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner Knowledge: Ensure attendees understand how each Navigate partner provides value to dental practices.
  • Increase Engagement & Referrals: Drive more Patterson-supported Navigate Business Services referrals through deeper relationships.
