Brendan Madden, Senior Consultant, Cirrus
Brendan Madden is a Senior Consultant with Cirrus Consulting Group. A seasoned commercial real estate professional, Brendan has been with the team for three years and has most recently taken over the management of Cirrus’ Canadian practice.
Every day, Brendan consults, strategizes, and advises healthcare professionals across the country on all commercial real estate matters. He advises doctors on acquisitions, lease renewals, relocations, renovations, practice expansions, and very importantly, transitions by doctors leaving private practice.
Brendan obtained his undergraduate degree from Brock University, with a focus in economics, and went on to obtain his post-graduate degree from Humber College.

Dorin Bogdan Mihalache, CPA, CA | Partner, MMCA+Associates
Dorin is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of public practice experience. Throughout the years he has advised clients on tax, assurance and accounting matters. Prior to arriving in Canada, Dorin worked as a tax officer and later as a consultant for PwC Romania.
He articled with local and national firms in Edmonton and Calgary, gaining invaluable experience in tax, assurance services and accounting.
Over the last few years, he has worked primarily with healthcare professionals and owner managed businesses in Alberta. Through hard work and innovative solutions has earned his clients’ trust and respect. He has provided a full range of tax, assurance services and accounting engagements.
Dorin completed all three levels of the In-depth Tax Course, the most comprehensive tax training in Canada offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
In his spare time, Dorin volunteers with various non-for-profit organizations. He is also the past Chair of the Entrepreneurial CPA’s of Calgary .
