Topics include opening a practice, expansions, relocations, lease renewals and doctors looking to transition out of dentistry.  Lee is originally from the UK has been consulting and advising healthcare professionals since the late 90’s with an emphasis on risk mitigation, wealth management, commercial real estate and wealth/estate protection

Patti-Anne Jones, Practice Transition Specialist, Tier Three Brokerage

With a dental degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Patti-Anne brings a unique skill set to her role as Practice Transition Specialist. Before joining Tier Three Brokerage, she spent 7 years as a Director of Member Services at the BC Dental Association, and held positions in marketing, business development and communications within the dental industry. Throughout her 25-year clinical career, Patti-Anne has owned a dental practice as well as associated in several offices in both BC and Ontario.

Sevan Kadian, Practice Transition Specialist, Tier Three Brokerage

Sevan has been with Tier Three since its launch in the west coast market and comes from a wide scope of experience with an extensive background of over 15 years in marketing, customer service, and project management with diplomas in Marketing as well as Intercultural Communications.
