DoctorCare Acquires Cirrus’ Family Physician Consulting Division

TORONTO, ON – March 27, 2018 – DoctorCare Inc. has acquired Cirrus Consulting Group’s family physician consulting division, focused on their FHO business line for primary care consulting and practice management. Transitioning to DoctorCare’s umbrella will give Cirrus’ clients unprecedented access to industry-leading services, with comprehensive expertise around improving billing, EMR and workflow, and roster management.

DoctorCare is a leading provider of services for primary care physicians in Ontario – the company helps over 1,000 doctors across Ontario improve the lives of more than 1.5 million patients. Cirrus was founded in 1994 by doctors, for doctors, providing solutions and expertise to physicians and dentists for medical and dental lease negotiations and medical practice management.
