Elevated Confidence and Industry Knowledge
When I started with Henry Schein Dental three years ago, Cirrus Consulting Group was one of the first business solutions partners I was introduced to. Since then, Cirrus has become a key differentiator in my daily value-added conversations with doctors. My confidence and industry knowledge has been elevated because of the education Cirrus has provided me with, specifically in regards to lease negotiations at the LOI stage. Due to their professionalism, I’ve trusted Cirrus with two difficult new office build-out opportunities. As a result, my doctors have successfully negotiated leases (both in retail spaces) and have the autonomy to allocate their funds into the success of their new practices.
Cirrus was Pivotal in Helping with the Second Start-Up Location
I met Dr. Greg Wu of Emerson Dental in Westford, MA when I started as a Rookie FSC. At the time, Dr. Wu was not partnered with Henry Schein, but that quickly changed when Scott Lasser (ESS) and I used a team approach to help Dr. Wu with his office expansion. Throughout our two years of working together, Scott Lasser and I have challenged Dr. Wu to think re-think his vision as a practice owner. After attending the Henry Schein Dental Business Institute, Dr. Wu decided that a second start-up practice was his next step. When this decision was made, our immediate first call was to our partners at Cirrus Consulting Group to help draft the LOI for the new location. They then successfully represented Dr. Wu for the lease negotiation with his new landlord. Cirrus has been pivotal in helping move this project forward.

Building Stronger Relationships
My team’s relationship with Dr. Greg Wu is stronger because of our partnership with Cirrus. As a Regional Sales Manager, I’ve been working with Jaime Durie (FSC) and Scott Lasser (ESS) to ensure that we find and solidify the right space for Dr. Wu’s new location. We’re all thankful for Cirrus’ involvement in the project, and proud that we can refer a value-added solution to better our long-term relationship with Dr. Wu and all future doctors wanting to open their first, second, and/or third practices.
